Erin Weir serves as a Medical Records Support Specialist at LGR, where she plays a key role in organizing, reviewing, and managing the medical documentation that forms the backbone of each client’s case. Her attention to detail, strong communication skills, and commitment to helping others make her an invaluable part of the firm’s client support team.
Erin graduated from Bloomsburg University with a Master’s Degree in Deaf Education and a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. Before joining the firm, she spent eight years teaching at the DePaul School for Hearing and Speech in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. After several rewarding years focused on raising her four children, Erin brings her educational background and organizational strengths to the legal field—helping ensure that every client’s medical story is clear, complete, and compelling.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children, tackling home projects, reading, gardening, and indulging in a little chocolate.
